Angry My car is hemorrhaging coolant...WTF?

Alrighty...I think I know what the problem is. I had the car towed to a shop a little while ago, they finished what I had started (change head gasket, put on aftermarket exhaust + downpipe, change belts). I think what I'm looking at in the picture below is the block drain...at least, I certainly hope it is. That little hole is where the coolant is leaking from. Any insight on the problem? Am I correct, is that the block drain?

Hole where coolant is leaking from:

Approximate location of hole (can't see it):

Heh heh.

Yeah I did the same thing when I did the head on my 944. Forgot the drain plug on the side of the block.

Was refilling the cooling system and heard "splash splash splash" on the floor.

As I recall, it's a 10mm head bolt, short. Like the ones that hold your belt covers together. Has a little aluminum crush ring. Push comes to shove, any small bolt that size with a washer on it will hold the coolant in while you find the actual part.

Cool. Thank you much. I'm just gonna go to Home Depot and get a bolt, washer + teflon thread tape. That should be plenty.

I think you also want that aluminum crush-washer too...

Teflon tape is good up to 500 degrees F. I'm using tape and a washer.
