Default body work question

anyone here fill in the body seam on the rear below the spoiler/hatch?
have any problems with a crack forming through fiberglass/bondo/any other filler material?

do you mean the two vertical ones where the quarters meet the rear panel?

yes those ones.
my friend thats supposed to be helping me on some body work said he wouldn't do it, its supposed to be a stress joint, and anything i would put in there would more than likely crack back out.

what have you all used to fill?

i think the possibility for damage w body filler would be from slamming the hatch..

Hey guys, I used a wire brush wheel in a Dremel to clean out that seam, then just bondoed it in. sand smooth and paint. Over three years ago, no cracks, no splits, no pieces popping out. It really helps clean up the back end I think. Go for it ! I have also totally molded in Fiberworks front and rear bumpers and filled in all four side lights. It's a bit of work, but smooths things up nicely.

how about the corner marker seals? i am told by vendors that the seals are included with the lights.
anyone replace them with something?
