After Tenacious_G destroyed his tranny last week, I did what any caring dad would do - I sold him the S2 tranny and called the good Doc Boost - nine-44. He was a little out of practice with trannies so it took him, maybe 5 hours to drop 2 trannies and then install my old S2 tranny in his 86 NA and the LSD tranny I had into my S2 (it already has a turbo motor). I must say that the results were astounding. The LSD tranny is a great match for the turbo - it seems to be much more effective in driving the boost and acceleration than with the S2 tranny. The motor seems to be more comfortable in its powerband or something.

Actually, yes I have!
Except my trannies are usually controlled by a long, black, flexible rod. I usually grab this rod firmly and guide it into 5 different positions and 1 reverse position.
