find someone in your area that sells Dupont Choma-system paints. They should have the additive to make vinyl dye. When i mixed paint you could scan a piece of vinyl just as if it were a painted surface. Then you mix the color the same way you would if you were mixing some auto paint, but then you add a vinyl resin that makes it either shiney, dull or flat. You can spray it on any vinyl surface and it matches exact. Worked pretty good.
