Was just out in the shop and noticed that the nose piece hanging on the wall that came off the 85.5 944 is a 931 part number. I am referring to the large plastic piece that goes under the front bumper. Is this right?

That's the right part number. You'll find parts that start with 911, 928, 931, etc. 477 is a VW part.
