Colorado 944 owners w/ hatch separation problems

I used Elite on west Evans for a reseal of my 83 and they didn't remove the hatch from the car and lost the glass. They replaced the hatch with a 924 hatch at no charge and threw they 944 spoiler into the trash. I realized what had happened with the spoiler and race back over and retrieved my spoiler from the dumpster. The 924 hatch they used was perfect. I would like to know how they do your glass reseal, please post.
