Default B&B 951 Cat-Back Exhaust on an S2 ?

I've searched, and I couldn't come up with any definative answers.

I know the turbo exhaust has a 4 bolt flange at the cat, and the S2 has a 3 bolt.
I also know that the turbo exhaust has no resonator after the cat and the S2 one does.
Besides this, does everything else line up?
Can I just cut off the flange and weld on a new one, and everything will be fine?
Also, without the resonator will it be too loud on an S2?

The stock S2 cat back has a resonator, the B&B for all models and years is the same muffler, just a different flange. No it will not be too loud without the stock resonator.

after the flange it should line up/bolt on fine. I deleted the resonator and went w/ a different muffler on my n/a and it sounded great.
