Exclamation Urgent quick question - can i run my 951 without power steering

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with my power steering pump (weird rattling/whizzing noise) so I've disconnected the belt completelly.

Is it safe to use the car in this state?

Many thanks!
Alex

I've been doing it for about 7 months now, just cut the belt off. I'm such a procrastinator

I am running my car like this also ... front seal on my pump went out. I've had a spare pump and a rebuild kit sitting in my workshop for over a year now. You get use to the heavy steering after a while.
