are your motors bad or just the switch? if it is just the switch that isnt working properly than there is a way to get the seat to move by providing an outside power source. i used a computer and the jury rigged some wires from a voltmeter into it so that they provided power. i found the plug that controlled height by tracing the wire from the switch back to the plug. then i just touched the ends of the wires to the plugs in the seat. if it moves the wrong direction then reverse the positive negative.

It may be that your power switch is just stuck. Try this: remove the bezel surrounding the seat switches for better access. Take a can of WD-40, tilt the defective switch button just enough to get the tube underneath and give it a good squirt. The switch may very well become operative again. Two of mine did!
