Rarely does a video make me shout out "NO F'ING WAY"... that was cool.
But Rock, come on, your car is 20 years old and has lost like 112 hp. And the schoolbus is a diesel (?) so it has way more torque. Twisties don't matter, this is a stop sigN to stop sigN race.

After I pick up my 86 944 and get it running I could actually do a comparison as I own a bus. I would actually like a 944 with a Mercedes diesel in it running on WVO (waste veggy oil).
My bus has a 5.9 International DT360 diesel engine mated to a Allison 545.
Yes, the bus will be towing the 944 home.....

I use a minibus (doesn't quite look like a school bus like yours) to tow my 944 to the track with a 7.3 powerstroke turbo diesel and a banks 6 gun tuner. Its great for hauling the 24ft enclosed trailer since the trailer is so heavy with cabinets, generator, and heavy duty winch. I also have a tow bar setup which attaches to the front bumper of my spec car to be so I can tow without a trailer. The great thing about the bus is you can stand up in or sleep when you are tired. I had both AC units on when I was at Willow Springs last time and when I got off the track, its really nice and cool. A RV conversion along with a computer system is going in next so days at the track is going to be great.

One of our local guys converted a school bus into a 'toterhome'... aka a motor home with an enclosed trailer section in the rear. When he's at the track he has a small motor home, and when he's done he just pulls up into the rear of the bus and drives home.

When I was driving my stock 84 NA I got "killed" a by a Winnebago at a stop light so anything is possible.

I was racing a school bus full of kids just the other day. He got me on launch, but we came to some train tracks and the arms started coming down... my brakes were far better than his.
Sorry about that.
