please help me to improve my suspension

Burning Brakes
The bilsteins are going to be more durable imo on a rough road. Koni's are somewhat covered with warranty though - and you can adjust the damping... I would not go with coilover's in the rear - it tends to make the car too gittery on B roads. A 28 or 29mm rear torsion bar, M030 sways and 220lb weltmeister lowering springs would be my recomendation. This way you save money by not buying a coilover kit.....or......as mentioned earlier get the TurboS m030 front springs and struts b/c the are height adjustable and have variable rate springs (nice for rough roads) good luck!

dead thread revival #2!
how high of spring rates would I have to go (front and rear) to stop the car from squatting forward when i let off the gas/clutch? if im putting a SC on the car and expect to make some more power id like the ride to be as flat as possible.
see "ferrari enzo" for what i mean.

How bad does it squat forward? There should be some weight shift, but the shocks should not compress when you let off the gas. I have 200# Welt's and I don't have this problem. Some more description would be good.

The springs are all stock rating and the shocks are OEM style Boge's. What I'm talking about isn't easily described...just go drive your car if you have a fresh or somewhat fresh suspension and shift 1st and 2nd at redline. It's hard to detect while driving but I can tell by the way my passenger's head bobs back and forth.
