Yes it sure can if he bought it from a PO who took care of it. My old 1989 944T had 27K on it when I bought it and was in pristine condition too. Check out my link below for some pics, but that is 'after' I detailed it for 2weeks straight. Anyway, back to the thread and this beautiful car with a lot of posted pics too.
