We missed ya Cuz! The first runs were done in/just after the rain, and some cars tried to make a path in the grass, but otherwise a great day, no one hurt and only minor damage to cars.

I was thinking about you guys all day. I could NOT get out of work, so I was actually pissed for a good part of the day. Also, the morning until 10 or so looked kind of bad out weather wise but after that it cleared up and looked awesome day.

I also, had a huge project that needed documentation completed by tomorow am.

Whats ironic is that I had Friday scheduled off- but ended up working all day Friday and Saturday- and I'm back at it now.
when you work for a smaller company and they cant bill a project representing 40% of the annual operating costs due to a deliverable- they get a little hot under the colllar..

I missed all you guys- have one for me!

Dan, Thank you so very much for an awesome weekend! I had a great time (maybe a little too great?) and can't wait untill next year's fest. I hope that everyone had a safe trip home, and i'm still pulling salt out of my ear from Winslow sticking a peanut in there!

P.S. Sorry guys for stealing all of your $$ from the poker match!!!

As always Dan P. has gone above and beyond the call of duty and honor! How long before someone asks about next year? Good, got that one out of the way. I need to say one thing in all seriousness. Dan is not one to talk about the tremendous amount of work that goes into the 'fest - it's a labor of love for him as anyone who saw him at the awards ceremony can attest. He is also not one to remind us that the financial commitment to put on a first class event like this is also staggering. In the past we heard from 'Cuz and Winslow at the event and donations were requested and accepted. This year we dropped the ball probably because Dan was not one to whine to us about the finances. We do know that the Dyno was a big money loser as many folks were no-shows.

What can we do? Two things come to mind. One - buy a shirt - or three. There are plenty left. Second, send a few bucks to Dan P. via PayPal. PM me if you need the account name. We need to keep this baby alive. Wait 'til you see the video!

Oh yeah, Nelson Ledges invited us back again for next year! It's a match made in Porsche heaven.

It's the 'fest wonderful time of the year!
We have tires for trackin'. my lifters are clackin'
but I'm still goin' to the track
We have trophies for the best car, Dan P has the 'fest car
But we really want to come back!

Cant say thanks enough!

Sorry I was a little tired and didnt stay up with everybody.

The whole thing was amazing, the track, the cruise, the food, just seeing everybody again. Dan P. did it again, I had a blast and I know everybody else did too.

Thanks again Dan! Hope we can do it again next year!

Glad to see your flying the flag for me still!
Maybe with my new job I can get over more often as it's closer, I think?
