Default Hazy Instrument Glass

Plexus Plastic Cleaner - will this stuff take care of my problem with a hazy instrument panel glass/plastic? Or anything else?

I sprayed 303 protectant on it and left it for about 2 weeks (by mistake while treating my dash).

I went to wipe down the interior yesterday, I noticed I could not see my speedo, tach or guages very clearly.

Thanks

I used Meguiar's Plastix clear plastic polish on mine and it seemed to have taken out some haze and scratches. While sometimes gauge clusters can get hazy on the inside due to dust, I don't believe this is the case with yours since the protectant may have damaged it. Give your plastic cleaner/polish a try on the oxidized surface. If it doesn't work, you may need a new instrument clust cover, which are plentiful in Porsche wrecking yards.

you can buff plastic out like you polish paint- alittle fine rubbing compound and some polish will do the trick.

Novus is also a great plastic polish that comes in 3 steps for badly damaged lenses. I've used it for years and still haven't found anything better.

I used 3M's version of their plastic polisher. It took out all the scratches on the instruments and made them clear as the day they were made.

You can still buy a new face for the cluster, don't know how much though.
