One of the most immaculate 944s
Found this on ebay (ya, looking to pick up 944 #2 since my son is bleeding at the mouth for mine). It has to be one of the cleanest, well kept 944s I've seen on ebay. ONLY it has 216 T H O U S A N D miles on it. ewww. (and no, I don't have any affiliation with this seller.. other than drooling over his car)

If he has the documentation to back it up, I wouldn't be too concerned about the mileage. I don't think this would have a rubber centered clutch disk so it probably has some life left in the clutch.... Nice car.

I ran a carfax... and I think something is wrong with the mileage. Unless someone drove the crap out of it in just a couple years...

The mileage on my 944 runs too fast sometimes. (the "miles" will run just as fast, if not FASTER then the 1/10th of a mile dial...)
This makes my 150,000ish car read 189K on the ODO.
Mabe his car has a similar problem?

The seats appear to be faded to an off color. I do not think a car with that many miles should be called immaculate. But thats just me, I'd say <100k is more in the lines of a possible immaculate. If I'd get my dash board recovered and replace a few switchs my car's interior would be pretty close. But then again the black interiors don't seem to fade as much as the lighter ones. My car doesn't come close to immaculate when your standing next to it but it always looks good in pictures. Don't judge a car by its pictures unless you have seen it in person.

IDK.
To me a 200K + mile car is spent and will need drive line work pronto. Otherwise it looks nice for a driver I guess but is far from perfect.
To me, I would look for something in the 75-100K miles range at the most for a nice collector. Even less for a keeper.
