I just purchased a 92 968 coupe and it now time for my 89 S2 to go it has 216,000 miles i am the second owner bought it 3 years ago from an attorney lady it has always been in the SW and the car is one of the cleanest S2's I have seen since I have owned it.I have spent $10,000 restoring this car and I am in the car at least $14,000 I have all service records from when the car was bought new the file must be over an inch thick. It has LSD and Factory sport seats that were just redone with factory leather. If anyone interested let me know i really do not know what to sell for as these cars are way under priced I know I am going to lose my shorts on it but thats what i get for buying a 968. I think I could get more money parting it out but there is no way that is going to happen she is just to pretty. here are some pics of the car. As far as what have I spent the 10k on well when you buy a car with 203,000 miles on it there are lots of parts that are needed to be replaced as well as continued service.Front Struts rear shock,A/C,motor mounts, trans mount,wheels they will be going on the 968 and the factory cup wheels from 968 will go on S2,new leather on sport seats,968 door handles,timing belt rollers seals,tension pad upper only,and the list goes on and on like I said there must be a file over an inch thick right before I bought the car all new brakes rotors pads,control arms and some other high dollar stuff. The first pic is what it looked like at purchase.

No I do not have it listed on any classifieds because I am waiting for the wheel lock key from the previous owner of the 968 so that I can swap out the wheels and then I do not know what I am going to do really do not know what to ask for the car as I watch them on ebay and they are not getting much money right now may hold off till summer gets a little closer no hurry to sell also it is my first P car and am having a hard time letting go maybe i will join PCA and do some events with her as I have always wanted to track and do de but never wanted anything to happen to her as I also used it for commuting for work but the 968 has taken her place for that. I have the car now listed on ebay there was a buy it now price of $9000 but it always seems to go away once someone bids on the car if you like you could make me an offer it looks like it may get some good action on the auction block just in 12 hours there are almost 40 people watching and it is the only S2 for sale.
