Default Headlight won't Pop up? Help!?

Just got my s2 cab back, driving to work lights pop up and work fine. I pull into my garage and the lights wont go down... The actual headlight works though. I manually lowered them and checked all the fuses.

On the fuse/relay chart it does not speficy a relay for the headlights. Is there one?

There is no noise at all when I turn the lights on and off so I am think/hoping its the relay.

1) Is there a Headlight Relay?
2) Where is it?
3) If that does not work...what else could it be?

Thanks!

there is a fuse for the headlight motor...may be called something else though like - lichtenopteratizionmuterizen or something.

and there is a relay on the side of the headlight motor under a rubber cover.

Probably just the headlight relay.

Drive around at night with the high beams on and the headlights down, it's pretty interesting.

Check the relay by turning the headlights on and wiggling the relay, if they come up then your relay is toast.

I think there are three seperate fuses for the headlight motor check all. I blew one of mine and I went down the list and thought that there was only one and then found out that I blew at least two of them.

Fed the motor gnomes lately? They might be on strike.

When I checked out a link from "flat to the floor" on Parptarf's thread..they gave a great tutorial on headlight motors etc. there was also another link that referenced a "relay checkout" link..You might give that a try...Thanks, Tiger03447
