Default Need Dead Sexy Tire Suggestions (alpine white car)

What looks good on an alpine white 944?!??! I know nothing about wheels and i'm due for new tires so I figure I might as well drop some cash for some fresh wheels lol. What I need are, est price w/tires, suggestions, sample pictures, etc. Thanks!

Edit: Many of you know my porsche was hit in early december, well the new quarter panel (not my decision) came in from porsche (not a junkyard), so now I have to wait until the 22nd just to get my damn car into the shop! Then an estimated 2 more weeks for it to be back on the road.

I always thought black rims with the white looked good, maybe some nice fuchs, or some phone dials spray painted black. Then again theres always the turbo twists too.

If you paint the imside of the wheel, leaving the rim polished, I'd match the painted part of the wheel to the color of the interior; or any accent striping on the exterior. And if you add exterior striping pick up the color of the interior.

There have been a few "Show me your wheels" thread over the past year or two with lots of pics and ideas for you.

CLICK HERE for one of them, I suspect that one will keep you amused for hours

if it's a 85.5 944 NA, I'd recommend sticking with some nice gunmetal phonies with polished lips. I think that'd look hot on your car...

and I've got a set with some BFG G-force FX tires mounted, with 45% tread left... yours, for $400.00 + shipping

Those look like C2 5-Spokes Nelson... don't confuse the guy! C2 Cup I's and Cup II's will do that enough already :P

Its personal choice really. Look here or at wheelenhancement.com. Personally I think Cup I's look the best on these cars.

I'd never do black on a white car. White however looks very clean and nice... though gotta wash them a lot.

Here ya go.. 16" BBS wheels with 8 and 9" width front and rear:

Not sure what a used set would cost.. maybe a bit under $1k for just the wheels.

Keep it original. Powdercoated phone dials.

Or a set of 20'' Diablo Viennas (50lbs each...).

Ditto on the BBS RS wheels - I've put them on my 951 and they look great. Ditto on the cup-1's although I ran into an issue with fender clearance/rubbing with those. . . The original Fuchs look pretty tight too. Painting the Fuchs white to match the car looks very classy but less aggressive - depends what you want.

Ivai wins. Very nice. White turbos look so good (with any wheels), especially with black centered wheels though.
