Brian,
I would consider the 'yata as a power sled in the winter, not a sports car

I dont have the problem you all do, my fast car is my daily driver... so no garage, no car cover.. nothing but the hard life

my race car on the other hand is going on its 2nd month in surgery in the garage.... lol

If I drove my Porsches during a New England winter it would look like junk in no time. Besides, it give me a chance to work on it and play a little. We use so much salt and sand out here it would just eat at the car until there was nothing left.

what are you complaining about your driving a porsche every day!!! I remember having my supra torn down for a good three months and driving a $300 nissan xe i bought as a beater. After awhile though i kinda liked not having to worry about door dings and things like wrecking. Getting back in my car when it was done was all that much better though.

We have like 1-3" around here... We had like no snow til the day before xmas, and now its snowed like 2 or 3 times, but lately its been high thirties, so a good amount of it has melted.

What sucks is when the roads are clear, and you still can't take your car out.

I think mechanical failure has presented more of a problem for me than snow thus far.

Man, the storage time in the garage is half the problem, what snow and salt do to the roads sucks around here. How many times can you patch the same hole in a road?
- Just got back from Orlando doing the family thing, those roads are like butter! Other than a PITA toll every 1.5 miles, that's where it's at!
