I read or heard somewhere that having a cage in the car made it uninsurable.

Hey Dan, the "Weedman" with the red 968 had a really nice cage made last year for his car, remember? Do you remember where he had it made? It was someplace in Indy if I recall correctly. I was really impressed with the quality and I seem to recall the price wasn't off the charts. Maybe Marty could get with them.

Thank you,Jesse,Matt,Dan and Charlie.Thats what I'm looking for. It's hard to get a tight fitting cage, still keep the estedic's of the car. Then umm, drive it to its end of its traction safely(words used losely). What I'm finding is I'll be losing my head liner, possible full interior. This is very difficult for me.Trying to find the in between. With huge remorse I find it more difficult then first thought.(without getting a second or third job)Still hopeful, but! Reality is setting in.
Charlie that bar I had was a brey krause harness bar.I enjoyed showing Nelson to you.I got down to 1:23.1.Going to break 1:20 this year.I was running 1:27ish with you in the car.Hope you get to the track now and again! you got the gift.
Marty
Now! i like a 944 dude.If is was worried about getting in an accident everytime I get in my car. I wouldn't do half the crap I do.When I look back at my life I will have lived the way I found the best for me.Not jumping around and away from a couple close calls that if I think long enough add a few what ifs.I could scare my self in to thinking the toilets the anti-christ ! I had a close call there too!

When I raced ProRally back in the early 90's I had a full cage in my racecar (of course) and it was licensed and had collision on it (had to because of the transit stages in ProRally on public streets). I even had a claim on it once when I got in a wreck during a transit stage (someone pulled out in front of me and I whacked them in the side). The adjuster never noted nor said a word about the cage.

Good to know that Tifo. That cage shows exceptional build quality, awesome.
