Default who has bought dark burgundy Lloyds matts?

i want a set of burgundy matts to match my dark interior and replace the early style PORSCHE lettered matts i have. Problem is from the Pelican-parts website i cant really tell if the darker of the two burgundys matches right. They have a factory color list but burgundy isnt on there.

I just ordered some lloyds mats from this place. Many color options and embroidery options. Check them out. http://www.hwaccessories.com/LDM/LD-Por-Mats.htm

I was thinking of them. I have a burgundy exterior and a black interior and was thinking of doing burgundy floor mats, but not sure if it'd look ok or if I should just go with black.

I put a set in a 1987 928s4 and they looked awesome. I'm not sure if the burgundy in the 928 and 944 are the same though.

I got the burgundy Lloyd's mats about 3 years ago. When I ordered them, they just asked me for the year and interior color. The color matches my stock burgundy interior perfectly, although the pile/texture of the carpet is different than stock. They are a whole lot nicer than the orginal mats -- worth the $100! If you can wait until spring, I'll show them to you in person at an OVR event if you like.

ive had them before- actually they are in the 924s now- black w/ red leattering- but i was just curious of the color burgundy to match my interior as the factory color chart does not list this color. There are two burgundys on the other chart however, one looks red and one looks correct- just not sure.

Lloyd's makes a color matched version for the stock Porsche colors. When I ordered them three years ago, there was no ambiguity -- only one shade of burgundy was offered in 1987. IIRC the same should be true for 1986. Just call the 800 number.

Hmmm... I ordered mine from Euro Metrics, which may have gone out of business since then. No matter where you order them from, they are made to order by Lloyd's and shipped direct from the factory, so you may as well buy them from someone who seems competent. The right person can definitely order it to precisely match the stock color.

Maybe a little OT, but what is the best way to deep clean the LLoyds mats?
