I rented a car last time I was in Vancouver to drive around and see the city, I swear to God I used my horn more in one morning than in the previous 5 years on the Prairies and in the USA. I just do not believe how incompetent and dumb those VCR drivers are,

The damage I see would cost me at most $500 painted with the body guy I work with. Check around and I am sure you will find someone who will do the work for under $1000.

exactly. I got bumped and had my bumper fixed in two days. for nothing in used parts. Just find someone to pull and paint that thing. You can be up and running in a week with some friendly help.
