Ok its almost that time of year again, time for the 3rd annual Cruise N' Drive!! The last two years I have held a cruise in and driving tour starting at the Florence Park Care Center in Florence KY. and touring some twisty roads through N. Ky scenery. Starting at 12:30p there will be snacks and drinks being sold for the resident activity fund as usual and we will be giving away a couple small awards for our fav. rides at the cruise in. At 2:30 we will be leaving on the driving tour and this year is no exception as i have made an even more scenic and twisty tour, so much so that we are leaving an hour early from the cruise in to make it back by the estimated 5pm at the Hofbrauhaus Newport. Every year this is a great time and we end up having a real deutsch meal and beers at the Hofbrauhaus, parking is just across the street and is just a couple of bucks. Hope to see you all there and here are some pics from the last couple years events..Dan.

I paid 2.19 when I filled up the Chevy HHR last night. I drove it to SC and back, 1100 miles and the damn thing averaged 34 mpg!

Perfect time for a premium fillup and a day long cruise.
OK- I have my new front shocks now (Thanks Fezz!) let's put 'em on!

this turned out to be a great time! Seems the less i plan this event the better it turns out. Maybe next year i'll wait until the day of! Everyone survived so that makes for a great event in and of itself. I think we all had fun today, thanks to those who came out and saw Rocks cab in person- oh and the 20 people who went on the tour as well!

Dan, great to meet all of you. The cruise rocked! Roads were excellent. It was a blast trying to hang with all those Boxters.
