Default Wheel lock-up

While doing some sunday afternoon breakin miles on my new rod bearings my car suddenly started to pull left. Thinking it was a flat or very fast leak I pulled over only to find smoke coming from my FP wheel well only. After things cooled off for a while, I pumped the brakes hard quite a few times, drove forward slowly and the right pull stopped. I then limped back home trying to use as little brake as possible and never had the issue again. I'm guessing its time for a caliper rebuild, since its never been done with 94k miles, but am not sure if its the wheel bearings instead. Should I just do both rebuilds to be safe? Any help? Thanks!

Yeah, this is most likely the case. Rubber swells when exposed to brake fluid - sometimes to the extreme of competely sealing the brake line.

So its likely the rubber line between the hard line and caliper? SS lines would be a likely fix/upgrade I would assume?
