A chisel and a hammer will get them off. They are not very strong locks. Othewise drill out the cylinders..or i am sure a locksmith can get them off for you and probably duplicate a working key if you want to save them.

Considering how easy it is to break these wheel locks, I wonder what's the point of having them in the first place?

I have an adapter that goes into the end of my visegrip handle (you take out the adjusting ****, and this screws into it's place), which then attaches to the end of a slide hammer. One pop with the slide hammer and they come right off.

drill 'em out.

a hammer and chisel could cause damage to the wheel if you slip.

It's obvious you've never done it. Hammer and chisel is not only the easiest, but the quickest. Takes almost no force to pop the end off the sleeve that covers the lug.
