its a car, have fun with it. Im hoping to keep my car for a long long time and if its not worth anything in 20 years then i'll have an excuse not to sell it then. Who cares if you "should" keep it stock- its your car do what ya want!

 

My point is that some of the cars that are selling right now for really high dollars (a) aren't original (b) were produced in HUGE numbers and (c) are only hot right now. The market is so fickle, remember the hot ticket at the end of the 80s was high end European, which can currently be had for pennies on the dollar compared to what they sold for at that time.

Thanks for the concern about my well-being and where-abouts, Julian. I'm doing fine. If someone here needs to get a hold of me, they know how to get in touch with me already thru my email address. DanP, it is because of YOU, Gobooger, and 2 other 'listers that I don't post here or care to contribute anymore. I find it interesting that you like to feign interest in how I am doing just to stir the proverbial pot. If you really cared you have my email addy. You four spoke about how bad I was (even going so far as to take some sort of "poll") and what a detriment I was to the forums, so now that I am not participating much anymore you should be happy. I'm not going to be responding anymore to this thread, so anymore commentary or bashing directed at me will go unread and unresponded to.

For the record, my car is bone stock and heavy, just like XSBOOST's car.

(it is rather ironic that a thread about me has derailed off-subject into mods verses stock........ we need someone to step up and tell a story, the goofier the better..... )

Mr T. If you recall, I DID PM you, 12-04-2005, 07:45 AM and it went unanswered. For those who may be curious, Cory and I simply asked Tifo to eliminate some constant negative content. For that we got added to the longest "ignore" list in Rennlist history. I always tried to keep it above petty name calling, etc, but not everyone was so kind.

I've always said Mr. Tifo was a valuable technical contributor and an asset to the board. For that you were missed (all 3 times). Oh well, life goes on.

 

Can I be on the tifo ignore list too. I will get mad rennlist street cred for that.
