it is a new generation here. i think he like me is tired of reading the same old questions. reading about people saying they are restoring a 944 when they are just butchering it with subs, lightening it by throwing parts away, and generally destroying the car in the name of improving it.

"and generally destroying the car in the name of improving it."
Isn't that somewhat of an oxymoron?

So all of us have to leave our cars stock and untouched for the sake of keeping the series alive? These cars are nothing that special. Fine, maybe if it was a 550 spyder, but its a 944.
I think Tifo is that last to fall under that category btw.

His last avatar of the black and white clown doll, tossed in a corner, was a sign.

I said I wanted to keep it stock, I didn't say everyone else should. I was also young and thought I had something way special. The guy I bought it from gave me a speach about how it needs to stay stock and blah blah blah. I've come a long way in the past three years. Why do you people keep bringing this up, its embarassing!
The point still stands, why does it matter what other people do, and how is Tifo relevant to that. He is the bibloard of modify your car, and dman I love his NA.
