Default 924 Turbo Hood W/Scoop on S2

Will this fit without any mods and how much should I pay for the hood?

It should fit without modification, however ive heard (but never seen for myself or have read anyone verify it) that the scoop might interfere with a strut tower brace if you happen to run one.

As for a fair price for one...i think its hard to say as there is not much market for them unless you are local. If i did happen to run across one locally, id pay about $200 for it.

From some people i spoke too (I thought about it at one time), I herd rumors that the hinges are diffrent and need to be modified to make it work but i am not 100% sure.

I'm not sure, but i'll find out soon enough. I'm going to pick mine up this weekend. It was perviously on a 951 so putting it on my car should be no problem.

Well I picked up the hood from Kevin (por951turbo) yesterday and the mounting is the same. However, they do not have mounts for hood shocks! The one I bought, the PO had welded 944 eyelets onto so you can mount hood shocks to it. Other than that, it should go on without issue.
