Default My paint is ruined! (Photos + Question)

Ok, so the paint is ruined quote is a bit overboard, but I forgot how much trailering your car on salty roads takes it's toll on the car's looks. Thankfully it's a bit more "race" and a bit less "show".

Anyway, my question is does anyone have any tried and proven methods for clearing up fog in lexan? I'm working on clearing up the hatch today (along with a bunch of other stuff) and was looking for suggestions?

Anyway, washed my car, not to worried about the paint.

Lexan... try Porsche's boxster window cleaner... for the convertible top windows. it might help. it's a polish. there are also plastic lense polishes you can look at. good luck!

I have had success with Brasso on acrylic (like DVD's) and removes the scratches on watch faces.

Good luck,

There's a product called Micro Mesh. It's sold in pilot supplies stores. It's used for removing crazing and scratches in airplane plastic windows and windshields. It comes in kit form, a small box containing progressively ulta fine sanding films, a sanding block and some polishing anti-static liquid abrasive.

Might be overkill. But it's worth mentioning.
