Yes I found the original thread shortly after posting my question to you. Absolutely first rate make over, Snake. I'm inspired to do the same to my early interior.

Any idea what square footage is needed to do what you did?

I like the shift boot, where did it come from?

Here is the old blue one, those are white seats, not linen, white.

Well in the span of 10 posts, I've reupholstered my 8 way sport seats thanks to Snakeplissken. There's also some Lloyd mats with red embroidery that went in after these pics were taken. And I'm still in love with that old instrument pod with the 924S dials (love the orange) and chromed bezels.

i know you put alot of work into it but honestly..

wooden wheels and ***** dont work on 944s. period.

the seats although they look good reupholstered are entirely the wrong color.

but if youre happy with it thats all that matters, but if i bought a car like that id tear those seats out instantly

Not my taste either but the quality of the work look superb and the only thing that really matter is that its your taste and there's no one like that in the hole wide world.
Thats one of the big reasons we drive Porsche's we are not like every one else we are individualists!

I'll bite. I still drive my 'garish' black widow interior. At least my butt doesn't get stuck in the bolsters anymore since I recarved the foam.

Hey guys,

A lot of you have done some really awesome mods - which I can't compete with.

Here's my '84 which is 100% original - yes, even the radio and floor mats. I don't have them in the pictures; they are not worn at all, but have faded a bit.

No cracks in dash or seats!
