that's cool. If the paint ends up flaking off, you should look at some black dye... they make some for dashes, and it'd be good.
edit: Just noticed the spray can is labeled for Vinyl and fabric... that should work. never mind my comments on that.

I'm jealous of late interiors. You can actually enjoy side vents that work, fit different radios in, have a good place to put cell phones, iPods, etc. without them flying off the console when cornering, have a better looking dash, on and on...
Meanwhile, early guys are stuck with fake aluminum, bad ventilation, yellow gauge writing...the only upside is factory manual steering on '83s. Hmmm, guess it evens out...

Here's mine. Notice the passenger mirror hanging inside on the door I also need to replace my clock, get a lighter, find a good ground for the amp, fish the changer wires under the carpet and place a cover under the head unit to hide the RF control unit.
Oh, need some real floor mats too.
