So your question is just that I look at the backing material of the sticker and see if there is a legend as to the specific material used?

Yes. The material mfr info should be all over the back of the decal(backing paper)...not always but most of the time...just a point of curiosity...and there may be other info on the back..
Thanks again.

Got it, glad to help. I'm getting the car out of storage over the weekend, I'll make the measurements you need.

Sorta related to this topic.
I have a set of brand new 944 cup mirrors that I purchased a few years ago that I will not be using.
Please PM me if you are interested.
Thanks.

Colin, here are the details on the Turbo Cup hood as you requested.

For the photo I printed out a grid of .1" squares on transparency paper and taped it to the hood. For the dimensions for your sketch, I made the measurements with dial calipers. You guys can do the inch to mm conversion.

A buddy of mine is an automotive photographer (see his stuff at davewendt.com), and we went out to take some shots of my Turbo Cup car today. (Coincidentally, the car turned over 19,000 miles today.)

Here's a preview of my car, and a great shot from his website of an M3 (that photo ran as a 2-page spread in Car and Driver a couple months ago).

I'll put up more photos in a few days.
