Default Electric powered 944

Anyone see the electric powered (240v DC) 944 on Discovers this week?

100% torque as soon as the throttle is touched. COOL!

Some guy named Lowell Simmons of Florida... he beat an electric MR2 at the drags.

I found this to be a very annoying story. Why? They show the cars at the drag strip, but report almost no 1/4 mile times in the stories.

What did the 944 do the 1/4 mile in?

Reporters do this all the time, in many different contexts.

I learned in 1st grade that you're not done with a story unless you answer who/what/when/where/how/why.
