How about an "instantaneous torque" gauge found on the new Hyundai Tiburon!

(its the one on the left above the CD player)

HAHA.

Anways, good idea with that universal DIN gauge mount Ashton. I might have to give that a shot.

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm buying the one Michael posted. Although I need to pick one more gauge to fill it. So far...

Dual A pillar-
WB O2
Boost/Vac

Triple dash cluster-
Oil Temp
EGT
???

Maybe Oil Press? Or Coolant Temp? Clock?

will the one he posted fit?
i took a risk with this one and ended up having to cut it a little. not so bad since it was soft metal and easily worked with. if that one doesnt fit it looks likw you wouldnt want to cut it up!

anyone have an a pillar gauge thingy to sell?

Thats a cool EGT gauge. I could actually ditch EGT gauging entirely, my engine management can log it, and will probably eventually be able to automatically enrich fuel/retard boost and timing based on it.

Personally i would not get a A/F gauge on the pillar. The ones with the LED's are very annoying at night...my buddy has one on the center console of his Evo8, drives me crazy whenever i am driving it. He has since put electrical tape over it because its so distracting.

A fairly cheap and nice alternative to gauge panels is this one from 968 Engineering, i have one on my car. Very nice looking part and looks stock.
