With some inspiration from Winslow, a memorial to my mother
As some of you may remember, my mother passed away a couple of years ago. She left my brothers and me a little bit of money. I wanted to use it as a tribute to her; I tried a water garden, some work on the house, etc. Nothing seemed to fit. Last year, I saw Winslow's car at the Fest. It reminded me how much my mother got a kick out of my love for cars. It was the perfect memorial to her, something that I could touch and feel to remember her. It took me 3-4 months of intense work (and I'm nowhere NEAR finished) and I loved every minute of it. From today forward, Beabea is rechristened Anita, my mother's middle name.

Michelle, your car has come along way and Dan P made the right choice. Even after loosing a balance shaft belt, Michelle even came back! Not to mention she helped me as much as she could at 6am Sat when i was trying to bleed the clutch!
At anyrate, awsome memorial michelle and of course, awsome car!
BTW, Who was the hottie?

That was my best friend, Mary. She IS beautiful. We've been good friends for 5 years.
Congrats on all that hard work. I am sure she is more than proud of you...the law degree was probably gold enough, and the auto tribute a cherry on the top.
The best thing in life is we can do no wrong in our mothers eyes.
