I took my car out last night with my new friend and we clocked a 0 to 60 time of 3.5seconds . Then, we stopped at Pep Boys and put two cans of Octane Boost in the tank, and cranked of a run of 3.0 seconds flat. HA

Sorry dude, most of the ppl here are trying to save you some money when you do (and you will) break something. Why?! Because some of them have been there and done that. I guess if you want to lead by example go ahead, break something but don't come here asking us how to fix it when you (and you will) break something. Learn from our experiance, it costs money,lots of money. (BTW, Have you checked on how much parts cost for this car? Clutch, CV's, Tranny? not to mention a Belt Job on its own.)
I wouldn't go as far to say that we're afraid to race as I can gurantee 99% of the crowd here has raced they're car some way. PCA, DE, Auto-X, SCCA, ITS.. you name it (yes street racing as well, however they're not stupid enough to dump the clutch at 6k rpm and smoke the tires off. Race from a roll).
I'm done with this thread.

So if 2 cans knocked off 0.5 second, then if I run 4 cans with 110 oct race fuel and also add 3 gal of Zylene at 30 psi boost, your owned !!!!

This guy is on crack. 3.0 sec.. His turbo would not even spool up yet.... The first 3 sec an NA is faster. Befor you start posting lies learn you car. I am done with this thread as well... Turbos need time to spool. ...idiot....

I was just looking in an old Motor Trend and they had a spot on a Bugatti with a W16 engine. A chart they had with several other high dollar super cars that all had 0-60 times in the 3 second range. All of those cars are $250k plus. You seriously expect us to believe that you have a 15 year old car that will do 0-60 in three seconds? Post a picture of your car dude so everyone can see it and be scared of it on Memorial Day.
