intercooler pipes? I might be the only one who needs intercooler pipes. maybe a custom j-boot to fit on my T04E turbo, and not having to hack up the original one.

I have heard from several people that rear wiper delete plugs were pretty bad on the later 944 and 951's. Here is a pic of my early '83 metal delete plug and gaskets.

I second the center speaker replacement gauge pod (no. 9 below). I made my own and it is functional but pretty ugly.

- carpet hold down sill (like everyone else in this thread!)
- 4x108 wheel spacers
- 5x130 wheel spacers
- internal door handles in billet aluminum
- main instrument cluster dress up face plate
- pass side hood prop and bracket (for those of us without hood struts...I have a fully functioning prototype)
- manual sunroof latches and repair kits (particularly the front latches)
- hood release lever in billet aluminum
- replacement for center speaker grill that serves as a two-gauge pod

Same goes for the early 944s. If you end up making an instrument cluster dress-up kit, make one for the center instruments also (there's the oil pressure, a/c ****, etc. there) Also it'd be nice to extend a brushed metal finish down under the gear shift boot to delete that crappy looking carpet stuff there.

Since I live in "rain" country, I could go for some molded soft plastic/rubber foot well trays, to keep the guck off the factory carpet. It would be perfect, the trays could be anchored the floor to prevent slipping around like my floor mats do. Would pay at least $100 for the fronts. --Roy--
