and man what a week its been. I got this car sunday and have sold 75% of it so far to people on here and locals. Plus i have plenty of extra parts left over for erins car. Today was the second to last great horah and we accomplished more than i figured we could in a short time. Between friday and saturday we pulled the rest of the interior, wiring harness, doors, hatch, hood, headlight assy, wiper motor(dale ill test it this week), taillights, sunroof, motor, trans, torque tube, suspension front and rear, and removed about a pound of bondo from the rear quarter w/ a sledge hammer....now i know why it had a "rebuilt" title. We also pulled the exhaust which was easy cus it was hanging by one hanger in the rear, and found out the cat is junk w/ the honeycombs falling out all melted together, prob. from running extremely rich w/ a bad injector for some time, which is what melted the number 4 piston down. UHg, i digress, anyway, here are some humorous pics of todays events ending w/ a "lowrider" in my driveway w/ a car cover on it. Lets see tifo get his car THIS low. Thanks to everyone who came over and either helped me out w/ this or just removed your own parts cuz im so slow! Time for beer

well when the cat gets clogged w/ fuel from running rich and then gets extremely hot, it melts the honeycombs down. The piston didnt "melt" down, but rather toasted the rings and along w/ that the cylinder walls.
