Does anyone know the story behind it? A friend sent me the pic and I'm curious to know what it's all about.

Thanks
Rob

I would personally think Southern California is the Porsche Capital of the USA... per capita we HAVE TO BE ON TOP... The other day i went for a walk (about 3 miles) around my home. I counted 14 Porsche' in driveways...

Yup, SOCAL is Porsche's strongest sales area in the nation.

On your photo (not the one posted here) - right click to see the properties (of course it could be a left click since you're "down under" ). This should tell you where the original came from. Follow that trail and I'll bet you find a site that allows you to enter anything you want and create a road sign.

I just wish people would notice "Slower Traffic Keep Right" signs. God what a freaking pipe dream that is.

That really doesnt surprise me, I would think NYC has more as well, but you cant swing a dead cat without hitting a 944 around these parts.

Note, I do not own a cat, nor would really swing one- alive or dead. It's just a phrase.

Lucky you - I've seen three 944s here. The only 924S I've ever seen is the one parked in my driveway right now.

How true... we each must do our part in making it right though, ya know? My way was I custom made arrows and script on either side of my S10 right above the rear glass.

On the right it reads, " SLOWER->" and on the left it reads "<-FASTER" I'll have to snap pics of them sometime.
