Ok, im slowly investigating other reasons that my car is STILL over heating. Its pretty random though. I think my fan relays are on their way out.
SO, i want to go test them. I have the Clarks-Garage how-to on testing the relay, but what should i use for a jumper?
Thanks in advance!

When I did that I just cut some wire that I used for my oil temp sender, cut a piece and trim both ends exposing bare wire. Doesnt have to be very long.

Random overheating issue? Is that what I read?
This may or may not help - make sure your waterpump is in good condition. It will get worse if it is bad and make itself painfully obvious.
This just happened to me a couple of days ago. Temp gauge showed high temps - heater did not reply in kind. After I turned around and headed home to take another car, the temp gauge returned to the normal range and the heater again started producing heat. Turned around again and went to work. Got to work and noticed a little steam coming from under the hood. Took a closer look and found coolant leaking out near the little hose on the side of the water pump.
Took things apart over the weekend to get a better look. The bearing seems to be shot on the water pump. Car will be parked until spring a little earlier than I had planned.
Anyway - check your water pump. It is a long shot - but still a possibility.

Yeah, well i have no problems with the heating! It works perfectly. It just seems that the fans dont kick in at the second mark like they are supposed to! If i manually turn on the AC and set it to 3 or 4, the temp comes down in like 30 seconds. Ive also gone all day driving with out a single issue. It really just seems random at the moment.
I'll check the relay tonight or tomorrow morning and then go from there.

Blue,
It sounds like the temperature sensor may be bad. Not sure where it is located or what form it takes on these cars - but that is what I take from your report.
If you are driving, the air is being pushed through the radiator. If you sit for a while and the sensor is not doing its job, the engine will overheat. You have already discovered that turning on the AC cools the engine because it turns on the radiator fans. The problem is the fans are not coming on automatically. I doubt the relay(s) are the fault.
I would suggest finding the temp sensor and test it.

I could tell about the time I rebuilt an engine in my Shelby Charger and I replaced the hall effect unit with a new part (among other things). It failed after it got too warm. Allowed to cool, it would function normally. Not to say the same thing has happened to you - just pointing out these things do happen.
Have you tried swaping relays to confirm that that is not the problem?

Ok, i go outside to check this relay out. WTF!!!!! Ok, Porsche did it again with S2. They just had to be different. How in the world am i supposed to reach the fan relay???? The throttle body and its bracketing system block all access to it from above!!!!! Am i seriously going to have to go from underneath????
They HAD to put the intake in the nose...

I think you mean the thermoswitch. The relay is in the box where all the other relays and fuses are. On mine, the thermoswitch is easier to get at from the bottom.

Oh, so what i changed was the temperature sensor? I thought it was the thermoswitch? It was that big gold funny looking thing that measures the coolant temp. and it sits in the radiator.
