Default Another depressing topic - What do you still need to replace/buy?!

Just saw an add at a site for someone parting out a bunch of 944's, and proceded to write an email to him. Sat and thought a while about everything I need. I'm sure I forgot things, but I came up with this list of things that I need or would like to have. Not everything is necessary... But keep in mind that I still also need to do belts, waterpump, front seals this winter, as well as probably clutch sometime next year or next winter.

Steering Wheel (burgandy)
Rear Hatch seal
Rear hatch window/frame (IF NOT SEPARATED)
rear hatch release cable
any burgandy front seats?
Black hood
Center Console Hinge and Lid (burgandy)
Radiator
Any wheels other than 15" phones?
Cat pipe (in good shape)
Muffler in good shape
Test Pipe
Stock Airbox
Sunroof motor
Odometer gear or assembly
Black Driver Door
Lower front valence
Ac Compressor
Adjustment shackle for power steering as well as for ac compressor.
Climate control assembly
Arms for glove box
Burgandy dash
Rubber shift boot (inner shift boot)
Shift boot (black or burgandy)
Battery Cover
Cover that goes over heater fans (rear of engine bay)
Hood seal
Upper rear seat, (burgandy)

And before writing this email I thought I was starting to catch up on the car's needs to be nice. Always hurts to look deep into things....

What do you still have to buy or replace, and prices if you want!?

I wish you had posted the list about 3 weeks ago while I was still in New York as I have most of the items you need and I would have been willing to deliver them (good excuse to drive the new 951).

Way to make me depressed even more.
Will you be back anytime in the next year or so? Or did you get rid of the stuff already? I'm sure I won't finish this list off for a few years at this rate!

I won't be back until April next year at the earliest. Still have most of the car left. I have a really nice hatch and almost new hatch rear hatch seal I will let you have cheap if you are still interested by then.
Actually I have a good climate control unit sitting on the front seat of the car. There was another Rennlister who posted that he needed one but has not replied to my e-mails.
Send me a PM with an offer if your interested and I can have my wife ship it out since she has already boxed it up for me.

My list of things to buy is shorter than my list of things I need to sell.

To buy for the 951:
Floor mats
Suspension (Koni Yellows / 968 Mo30 sway bars)
Test pipe
Chips

To buy for the 924S:
Carrera GT body work
odds and ends to get ready for the 951 motor swap

To Sell from the Graphite metalic over Black 951:
Front Fenders
Header Pannel
Hood
Black Dash (almost crack free)
Door Pannels

To sell from the Gaurds Red 924S
Fenders
Front / Rear bumpers
Porsche Script Seats (front and rear)
924S / 944 Engine
Torque Tube
Transmission
DME
Wiring Harness
Engine
Transmission
Radiator
15inch phone dials w/ ok tire
headlight buckets
headlights
header pannel

This project is going to be a lot of work.......

Here's what my S2 needs:
Windshield
Tires
Front spacers
Motor mounts?
Tranny oil
Couple vacuum lines
Couple coolant hoses
Rotors
Pads
Re-sew the seams on the front seats

That's about it for now. I think once I get more money I'll buy the following:
H&R's for the front
968 M030 Sway rear - and lower eccentrics
IceShark Lighting/Battery kit (Assuming he still makes them)
Rayban sunglasses and Porsche driving gloves.

I have a lot of the stuff you need. Willing to make a package deal, needing the room in the garage.
Sunroof motor, stock airbox, hood seal, rear hatch release cable and motor if you need it, bascially anything you need except the burg. interior stuff and the black body panels. I have a front valanve but it could use some attetion. I also have a few compressors that should still be good.
Just send me a list of the stuff you want now, and I'll let you know what I have and we will go from there. You can e-mail or post here
