My turbo, the squirt gun (gas)
OK.
Have massive leakage at cyl #4 from the injector. Clearly coming from where it mates to the manifold. I just replaced the seals/hat 3 minutes ago. It squirts gas straight up. The OPEN hood is wet from it.
I had a bad injector on the n/a that had visible leakage from the body, this does not. It is coming from that hole. I am wondering if there could be a leak where the little silver part goes into the body...? Is there something more evil at play here? Shall I try a new injector first?

Check that the injector's pin is seated in the pintle cap correctly. If that checks out, then make sure the injector is seated in the manifold properly.
Good luck...

Make sure you haven't damaged the injector when installing it. Due to the two-part construction, the plastic and metal halves like to split if you apply any kind of a lateral load on the injectors, such as wiggling them from side to side to get them out of the rail. Always and ONLY tension & compression forces inline with the axis of the injector itself, never sideways.
Look carefully when the injector squirt and make sure it's not from between the plastic & metal halves. Other suspicion is that you've got two O-rings in the rail. One is on the injector and the other is stuck in the rail.

Oh, just realized there's 3rd possibility, a broken O-ring. They do age and get crispy. Yanking them out and squeezing them back in can cause a crack in the O-rings. Take the O-rings off the injectors and roll them inside out to make sure there's no splits anywhere.

For your first suggestion, I do think I have a damaged injector, more looking for assurance
It is leaking from the lower part of the injector, in the manifold, not the head.
One more question - whats the likely hood of a dead HG from it running lean in that cyl because of this? I think it started at the Fest in ohio... That is when I started noting strange starting (apparently due to loss of fuel pressure).
