First of all, I don't think we should take the "organ donor transportation" argument too serious. It's just a foolish point to try to justify this purchase

anywho...when transporting a organ from one side to another side of a big city, say Milano or Rome...I think this Lambo will be quicker...you know, all the stupid Fiat's will be used to block the road, while the Lambo will 'fly' by at almost 300km/h.

A Chopper will need to take off, land etc, and is much more expensive to run. Also a 180mp/h isn't your averge chopper, you're talking Apache (184 mph) or Commanche (205 mph) price-range (Google told me Isreal bought 18 Apache's from the USA for a whopping 318 million bucks, so $17 million bucks per chopper, back in the 90's).
