4/4/04 Peachstate PCA Club Race (PICS!!)
Well today was my Dad's first Club Race at Road Atlanta after a ton of DE's and preparation he finally did it! There were a TON of cars racing this weekend in the 4 total races. He started 38th out of 51 and ended up around 33rd I believe. I'm just happy he made it through the race without any problems! Saturday the car blew a coolant hose and thankfully the crew at IPC got it taken care of in time to finish qualifying. Apparently the stock hose clamps aren't the best quality??? But anyway it was a ton of fun to watch and I'm even more eager to get out and start learning Road Atlanta this summer!! Well, as promised, here are the pics!! Enjoy!

Welp, that's it! Unfortuneately I couldn't get alot of race pics because I was so concentrated on watching/filming it! I didn't want to miss something if I was running around to different picture spots, maybe next time though!

Tarheel, i was thinking about doing a race car style paint job like one of those, how do they do those? sepcifically the red one, are those stickers? I am just brainstroming but i think it would be nice as I start autocross and then track events in september when I turn 18
4/14/04 is like 10 days away.

Great shots! Thanks for posting them. I'll try to get some loaded later... I'm in the yellow 944NA, #667 in the 3rd pic. It was my first club race - what a blast!
