Wow, nice job on the models... though the Guards Red is a little too full (I'm just busting your *****, it looks wonderful!)

Travis, you deleted the sunroof, took me like two seconds to see, lol

EDIT: maybe it is just the passenger mirror... the sunroof isnt there, but the reflection changes from it are, so i assume thats just cause you payed no attention to it?

Wow turbo944 those look awesome. Guards red certainly looks sharp. Got any high-res shots of that one?

LOL....I took that Guards red straight from a "proper" set of colored chips, so it should be quite accurate...although who knows about my lighting

Thanks Kurt.....you are seeing the full res of that particular image. More and bigger to come in the future with some very cool backgrounds

and yep....led, I'll definitely be putting some Big Reds on it as well. But I want to be able to render most common variations (including stock!) of the car and mine was the basis for what I built first.....if anyone wants to send me a set of Big Reds for my car.... I've got several other sets of wheels built now, a couple of which haven't even been shown (including Fuchs, PDs, and Club Sports).

martijn 944.....doh!!!! I rendered a white one out for a while last night, but I set the wheels to be all polished instead of with the gray centers!

turbo944,

thanks for rendering that up. I think it gives a good idea of what zanzibar would look like, but I think the only way to really find out is to paint her, but that will be a while yet, unless I hit the lottery (which I don't play) or have a brilliant pick in the stock market (which I seem to do from time to time, just not with my own money).......

Thanks again....

No problem, Ian. That's part of everything is seeing it in person. Personally there are several cars which I like that often look very poor in photos, but when seen in real life look sooooo much better. Hard to really get a sense of some things when you only see an image. Right now most of the new supercars I'm not overly thrilled with in images. Video they look better, real life will be the true test though.

But doing that helped me find a page which has a TON of paint chips on it for Porsches, Ferraris, and Lambos....hehe Sauce for the goose......
