antonioali, I seldom give out references on Rennlist, but I would encourage you to call Ian at Ian's Euro on Monday and tell him the damage to your car. He's a Porsche dismantler in Florida and well reputed on Rennlist. I've bought a lot from him before and he's tough to beat in price and service, particularly on used parts. His website these days is http://www.944online.com
Make sure to speak with Ian. His associates are good as well, but Ian has a lot of experience solving "run ins" like yours for Porsche enthusiasts with used parts. He will walk you through the laundry list with used parts prices so you have an idea of your best case scenario.
Judging by the pics, I agree with Christian in that you're probably looking at a nose panel, fender, headlight bucket and don't forget the headlight pivot brackets, as I'm sure those are cracked.
Not sure what the fiber bumper upgrade entails, at least you won't have to buy another valance, as those aren't exactly cheap.
Good luck.

Luis de Prat thank you for the advice. I have dealt with them in the past. Bought the fiberwerks bumper thru them, Porsche car cover, hood crest and rear "944" badge. I saw the fender on their site for 495 and the nose panel for 249. I do have a question about the fender on 944online though. On my car the lower part of the fender, door and rear quarter panel there is a strip(not the plastic stone guards) looking like orange peel, i guess thats for rock chips, correct me if im wrong. The new fender on their website doesnt look like it has that.

Ian isn't big on selling used fenders, but he may have one handy if you ask. I just bought a used flywheel from him for a last minute clutch job before Xmas. and he came through when new ones were like $250.
Regarding the fender, are you referring to the textured part at the bottom? AFAIK, all fenders have this. The only complication I foresee is that you have an early fender and most outfits, including Ian, usually stock the turbo nose kind. All the more reason to insist on used!

Eh..sorry to see your car like that. Mine too is currently sitting due to a person running into me, then taking off. Anderson drivers for the most part suck
I'm looking for a shop to take mine to..mostly because it needs the fenders realigned and a couple of dents taken out of it. The damage was only minor, but it was more of a blow to my pride and trust (seeing as how he ran off) than anything else. Getting ready to drop the lower valiance and replace the bumper mounts to fix that part of it..I just seemingly had a couple extra laying around. Where is your brother's shop located at? I'll have to get some pictures of mine tomorrow to let you see it before I drop everything off to do some other work as well.

Too bad that you do not live closer to Wash. DC. The guy that owns a restoration/body shop that specializes in 356/early 911 could make those panels look like new money. I have seen crunched panels that I would have bet the farm were garbage, only to see them the next day; in bare metal; with no hint of damage.
