If you pulll the rubber boot up and off the headlight motor, there is a **** to manually raise and lower the headlights

Weren't you looking to sell the car after the paint?
How much were you looking to get?
How much was the paint going to cost?
What's the estimate now?

i sent a few pictures to a porsche dealership's bodyshop manager in IN and asked if he could give me a rough idea. He looked at the pictures today and said it will cost me about 4000. I found a nose panel, fender and 2 headlight plastic covers and the metal cover for the headlight for 500. All in great shape(getting painted anyway). Im just going to pay for it myself.

Talk about a GUESStimate! That's out of question, unless the labor rate he quoted was mechanical and he was including a brand new factory valance. Damian is the expert, but I doubt it would be near half that much. The mechanicals are OK. You just need to slap on a fender, valance, nose panel and match (easier than metallic) the black paint, and you're in business!

I live in Noblesville and drove down to Brooklyn to Brickyard. They had about a dozen 944's in varying condition. I do believe they had a few with decent fenders. You'll have to haggle with them on price though. They start way too high. Brooklyn is slightly south-west of Indy.

Brett Jenkins thanks for the advice, i called them but all their 944 are hit in the front, they only have parts for the rear of the car.

Also, if you look at the pictures i have do you guys think i need the inner part of the fender or is there such thing and what would that run me? Thanks for all the help. So far i have found a fender, nose panel and 2 headlight plastic covers and one headlight cover for right under 500.
