I got my 1971 Ford Pinto up to 110 and my 1972 Chrysler Town and Country wagon up to 140 on the straights!!! just couldn't steer it .... oh yeah that was back in the day....

I was doing 49 since I was in a 50 MPH on Rt 50 today. I just got my 951 back after a few days at the body shop. I promise I was not going a mile over that............................................

You should optimise that intake of yours a little bit more and come back when you hit 180. Turbo wistle from ebay should get you there easily.

I had an indicated (just barely over) 140mph once, so like 142? On properly rated tires in my '87 n/a with a bursch header,test pipe,and cat back, as well as a K&N, throttle cam, and a new head. I know those mods don't do much at all but I wonder what my actual speed was...I know my speedo is probably off at that speed, but by how much? You think I was at least doing a good solid 135mph?

I did 149 this weekend in my 86 na.........oh wait, that was kph. @150kph (50k over the 100kph speed limit) the police can confiscate your car, up to a $10k fine and 5yrs in jail.
