skip ahead to 6:00.... incredible view from the cab as the acela speeds to 150 mph after crossing into Rhode Island.

*note; the video is in reverse. the train is actually traveling from Boston to New York on the right side of the track. but this is what the view would look like from the front power car and the train was northbound to Boston.

Proof that a turd doesnt smell better as it gets older.

Did any newbie actually read this thing from front to back?

Thanks for reminding me that as i got older i did not get any wiser.

I have been a member since 2008 but I always felt like a newbie, then I read this thread front to back two days ago, now I FEEL like a rennlist veteran. Painful...

i believe there is another special olympics thread like this one that says something like it was a warm night, but the air had a chill so I had my jacket on when.....

In my 1983 N/A GPS 183. Probably doesn't apply since it's not what you guys would call a Porsche anymore though. Still had about 800rpms before redline. Stupid foam spoiler was flapping over 165mph.
