Just had to get these smoked Tail Light lenses for the GP-white 8gtt ! Scored these from the Auto Atlanta folks, it's a regular on-the-shelf item at this time. These will be used in conjunction with LED lighting.

I like the smoked-lens look against the GP white 914 body

Yes, looks great. I, however, like the look of the monster Cayenne Turbo v8 inside the GP white body

I might have to get a pair of smoked lenses for my White 76.

I agree. It will also be cool to see a little of that monster engine peeking out through the engine lid of the finished car.

Thank you & Petza914 , racerbvd...on our 914 build there is actually more engine-above

-body, so unlike in the Riley chassis (under the bodywork); the 8gtt will have more Peek and less Boo !

Installing custom door-limit straps , saw a pair on an early race 911 at Rennsport 6 & had these custom stitched in red. Cool match to the custom Rennline door pulls...which actually start out as their Key-Fobs !

Not actually that uncomfortable working under-dash, and resembling a pretzel occasionally...lots of shipping blankets underneath. My trusty assistant MattyLite (out of camera) co-working and making life better !

Forgeline wheels test fitting for fender, caliper, rotor, coil spring clearances; all good , only a small bit of inner fender lip sanding to attend to prior to tire test fit.
